Some of our apps, including Low Stress News, aggregate summaries of news content from third-party sources. We do our best to present this content neutrally and accurately, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any story or summary. News and other third-party content remain the property of their respective publishers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
• Use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

News summaries and other informational content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Pulse Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which, for free users, is zero).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.
