These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Low Stress News mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App") provided by Low Stress News ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Content

The App aggregates summaries of news content from third-party sources. We do our best to present this content neutrally and accurately, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any story or summary. News content is the property of its respective publishers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to violate any law or third-party right.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or its networks.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the App without permission.

5. Account & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. News summaries are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which, for free users, is zero).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
